Bliss crescent
greenwich / 2024
This three-storey apartment block provides seven council homes for social rent. The development includes two one-bedroom flats, two two-bedroom flats, and three three-bedroom flats, along with cycle storage, three car parking spaces, and landscaping improvements. Designed to meet zero carbon standards, the homes feature private gardens for ground-floor flats and balconies for upper floors. The building is elevated 1.2 metres above ground level to mitigate flood risk.

Edith road
Haringey / 2024
Edith Road has delivered 100% affordable, zero-carbon homes, transforming a former car park in Bounds Green into a model of sustainable urban living. With eight homes powered by heat pumps and solar panels, the project achieves a 100% reduction in regulated COâ‚‚ emissions, setting a new standard for eco-friendly housing.

stone finish and bringing back to life a listed
building in disrepair.
The site consisted of 6 x 1 bedroom flats and 7

A new build luxury home consisting of 6 bedrooms. This build is to a very high specification with exceptionally high quality finish and interior design on a renowned private gated estate for a repeat business client.

Park Place project comprised of the
construction of a 3rd floor and internal fit out and refurbishment of 4 town house properties. Encompassing 4 diverse clients and their specific requirements or preferential constructions meant a regimented and
well-structured procurement process was required.
NEW HOMES
THE underwood
greenwich / 2021
The Underwood was a development of 8 new build units consisting of 2 & 3 bed houses.
The homes were built on an infill site for the Royal Borough of Greenwich and would provide housing to disabled residents in the borough. In addition to Part M compliance they were designed and built to zero carbon standard with the use of SIP’s, Air Source Heat Pump, Solar Panels and Mechanical
Ventilation Heat Recovery.
